Public records / Sunshine Law requests
Requests for records held by the County Clerk's office under Chapter 610 RSMo (the Missouri Sunshine Law) should be sent to the office by email or in writing. Include the records you're requesting and a return address or email so we can respond. The office responds within the timeline the statute requires.
